Tickets for Sir Elton John's performance at Yas Arena go on sale on Monday, it was announced today.
The singer-songwriter will perform on Yas Island, accompanied by percussionist Ray Cooper, on March 29. The duo's stripped-down shows gained rave reviews on a recent European tour, with critics praising the intimacy of the performance as John's soaring voice rose above Cooper's intuitive beats.
The tickets to see Sir Elton are to go on sale on the same day as tickets to see singer Madonna's second performance of her MDNA tour at the Yas Arena, on June 4. Madonna's first show, on June 3, sold out within a few hours of release.
Madonna tickets cost from Dh250. Admission to Sir Elton John's show is from Dh295.
