Known for her printed jumpsuits, metallic platforms and, of course, her signature Falabella bag, Stella McCartney introduces an entirely new range, dedicated solely to men this season.
The debut menswear collection sees some striking similarities to McCartney’s womenswear — the swallow motifs and V-neck jumpers, for instance. Some designs have a utilitarian edge to them, while other pieces show clear vintage influences. Although there’s an unmistakable British sense of style that binds all of the pieces together, the designer has injected a playful touch to the collection, likely in an attempt to serve up menswear that’s refreshing and unique.
Bomber and baseball jackets are subtly adorned with appliqués and embroidery, khaki trench coats reveal hidden paste-hued lining, and velvet collars add an unexpected twist to raincoats and anoraks.
In typical Stella McCartney fashion, sustainable materials, such as organic cotton, regenerated cashmere and recycled nylon, were used to produce the pieces.
Stella McCartney menswear is now available at Harvey Nichols in Dubai, in the men’s designer department on the second floor of the Mall of the Emirates store.

Electoral College Victory
Trump has so far secured 295 Electoral College votes, according to the Associated Press, exceeding the 270 needed to win. Only Nevada and Arizona remain to be called, and both swing states are leaning Republican. Trump swept all five remaining swing states, North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, sealing his path to victory and giving him a strong mandate.
